Hi,
1. If you wish to be a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
2. Else if you aim at being a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:

Hotel & Tourism and Interior Designing both industry have good future and ever growing.
Salery in india in hotel and tourism sector is not so lucarative; at the same time there is a huse demand good interior designer with ggood salery package.
when it come to the matter of self employment Interior designing is better option.
