As such there is no difference between MBA and PGDM, its just the brand name that is different. MBA is a degree given by universities and PGDM is a degree given by institutes affiliated to universities. At the end of the day it depends on you how you will learn and what you will learn from your education. If you mean commercial pilot, then please remember being a commercial pilot is one of the most promising career as it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities not only in India but across the globe.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies or with Flying schools abroad.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.

Other than MBBS, after 12th in Science, you may take up dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology).

Hi,
Company Secretary is a professional course which is managed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
For pursuing this program the minimum requirement is 10+2 or equivalent examination. Graduates and post graduates who have passed final exams of ICWAI or ICAI are also eligible for this program.
After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.

You percentage is very low then you can try for distance course at this level after that is you get good score in graduation then you may get admission in regular course for higher study , you can also join part tim course short term course , like you can join animation course during your three year degree , there is good scope in future
