These days even PCB students can go for B.Tech. The options are B.Tech biotech./ nanotech./ food tech./ agri.engg. Many universities like LPU, Amity, SRM etc are offering these courses.
If you do not want to go for a professional degree then you can go for conventional degrees like B.Sc in microbiology, biotechnology, etc.
Good luck.

Career should be in a field in which the person is interested as well as has an aptitude for.
If you are confused about choosing a career then you can go for career assessment test facility being offered by universities like LPU, Amity etc on their websites. It is a free of cost facility. This facility helps you choose a career according to your passion and aptitude.
Good luck.

After BCA with good command on languages( Java, C#, C, C+), you can join IT companies like Wipro Wase, Mahindra Tech. It depends on your skills. If you go for some PG course then it will help you to get a good job but it should be done from a good University/College. Many of the MCA students got placed for about 12L package or more. BCA is an UG course. After PG your demand also rises.:)
Or there is another option like SAP course or make apps for OS like Android, Windows. There you will see the requirement of programming language.
