You can pursue certification courses that is related to your line of work. You cannot do Diploma and Degree now, because you don't have class 10th and class 12th. You can also pursue Secondary Education from NIOS and then after that pursue a Diploma or degree.

Find out where your interests is? What kind of work you want to do? Make clear choice and then leave engineering and get started where your passion is. If it is in different department then you have an option for branch change also. But first find your interest otherwise you will keep changing.

It depends on your interests and skill sets. Research and communicate, and then take decision. Engineering is a very good option. Electronics and communication, computer Science, telecommunication, instrumentation are some very popular courses. Alternately, you may want to do medicine too. Alternate to medicine will be nursing, physiotherapy, biotechnology. Another good course is Bachelor of Commerce; ICWA, CA qualifications which are excellent. If your interest is into space sciences, then take up B.Tech in Aerospace engineering. Basic qualification is 10+2 with PCM as subjects. Entrance exams such as IIT should be one of the entry points for seat allotment.
Alternately, you may consider B.Sc Physics with specialization in astronomy or astrophysics.
