It is better to be graduate. As you are already working as website designer and your area of interest seems to be computer. You can go for BCA. You already into computers and also having an experience. It will be added advantage to you if you are targeting some of the best IT companies. Getting a job in a good reputed IT companies as a website developer you must be a graduate.

You can go abroad for studying medical, engineering, humanities, commerce and many more. Many scholarships are available. It all depends on which country and course you want to study. For example if you want to study in Germany then you can get Free Education.

If it is over 5 CGPA then you will be fine. Try to score good in Final year and devote yourself to the studies. 50% marks in graduation is the eligibility criteria for many Entrance Exams and Government Jobs. So, make sure to atleast get a liitle over 50%.
