Yes, DM WIMS Nursing College has its Management quota application process up and running for the BSc Nursing course. The college fills these seats using the Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala. You can apply on their website. The total intake is 60 seats, with 30 being reserved for Management quota. Its an online application, you'll need to upload your documents and pay the admission fee. Just make sure you have passed the 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Yes, a lot of private colleges offer admission to Diploma or UG Cargo Management courses without requiring an entrance test total. 
For PG programs, there may still be colleges that prefer you to have an entrance score but you can still find direct admission on merit or a management quota in many reputable private colleges.

Yes, many colleges allow admission to Cargo Management course through private institution management quota or merit basis dependent on Class 12 or graduation marks based on the level of course. 

Government colleges have entrance exams or state-wise central counseling, private colleges have slightly more flexibility, particularly for admitting UG Diploma or certificate programs.
