Each of the coaching centers has the capability to enhance your confidence for CAT and frankly speaking, all depends on your enthusiasm on how you want to manage your studies. Coaching is just a part of your preparation which will take you to the level of competition. As you are confused with your options, I personally would like to suggest you to go for TIME because their All India mocks are the key to cope up in a better way for your preparation. So, TIME would be the recommendable suggestion for you.

You can either join a good coaching institute or you can start self-preparation. You should start practicing the problems. You can also refer to some good reference books for CAT like Arun Sharma.

You can go for a demo class in the coaching centers shortlisted by you and choose accordingly. In terms of test series, my personal opinion would be IMS. Usually, courses are for 1 year.

CATking, Pune provides best coaching for Admissions in MBA colleges like FMS and IIMs and other top B-schools. You need to score well in CAT, be abreast with current affairs and have more mock personal interviews.

It totally depends on your nature. If you are one of a kind who has the ability or can built it in himself to focus without any help then definitely joining classes is not required, but if you do not have this in you then someone is required to boost you up.

Also, do not lose the focus during your preparation. You can build your strengths as you go on. The three sections in CAT are, reading comprehension, logical reasoning and data interpretation and quantitative ability.
All the best.

Hi Abhishek,
The most common way to prepare for CAT is by joining an institute such as TIME or Tathagat. Depending on the region you stay in, you can find out the most renowned institute in your locality and choose. Also, there are multiple books that are available. You can also sign up for online courses to practice on your own
