Yes, you can but it depends on the college in which you are interested. There are many colleges which provide admissions on the basis of UG percentage.
You just have to check the eligibility for it.

The expected CAT cutoff for IISC Bangalore is above 95 percentile for Master of Management program. Hence your chances are very less.

Your CAT score is not acceptable anywhere in the country. If a candidate is looking for MBA from a good college then he/she should have atleast more than 65 percentile in CAT. Even a normal management institute won't give admission on 33 percentile. Please try for other MBA entrance exams like CMAT, MAT, ATMA or else join a good MBA entrance class and try next year.

Hi Syed,
In order to be eligible for the CAT Exam, the candidate has to pass at least their Bachelors degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste). For SC/ST and Differently Able (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%.

The selection criteria of UBS Mumbai for PGDM (AICTE approved courses) is given below along with weightage given to various components involves in selection process.
1. Academic : 20%
2. Extra-Curricular Activities : 20%
3. Communication Skills : 20%
4. Work Experience / Leadership : 20%
5. Entrance Exam CAT GMAT CMAT CET) : 20%
So from above the entrance score is not contributing large in a selection process, but the important components are extra curricular activities and Work experience/Leadership contributes here together for 40%. Hence if you will be able to fill up the gap of above 40% than you have very good chances of selection.
