Hi,
CAT is especially to get admissions in IIMs, but also used for other MBA colleges too. CAT is conducted by IIM. MAT is an MBA entrance examination for almost all MBA colleges, which is conducted by AIMA. Hello there,
My friend, it is true that some MBA institutes consider 10th and 12th standard scores and performance along with that of graduation, and I think the thing that matters, is your 10th and 12th score and performance and not the gap, so there will be no problem for entrance exams which you want to give, and still if any problem persists then you can simply give an affidavit stating about the gap, so there is not any serious problem or issue about this, so don't worry, be calm and happy.

Hello, There are basically 4 sections in MBA entrance exam - Verbal Ability, DILR, Quants and GK-
VERBAL ABILITY
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. But reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis. DILR
This is one of the toughest section especially from previous 2-3 years. Not only it is tough but it also checks how quick your senses are and how good you are in selecting the sets. So the best thing

Hi, sorry but you can't take admission without taking tests like CAT, MAT and CMAT. The admission is done through the marks scored in these entrance exams.
