First of all, you should decide what sort of college you're looking for. If you're looking for IIMs or Top colleges than you must drop out these year and work hard and get into these colleges. But if you're looking for decent colleges then you must join these year without wasting your one full year. You can increase your ROI by getting higher packages. No use of calculators is allowed in CMAT exam. All you need to bring at test center is one ID Proof and Admit Card.

Assuming, you are gen male engineering. And, by any IIM means old IIMs.
You need to score above 99.5%ile for IIMA. For others keep decreasing 0.5%ile as per the ranking of IIMs.
In case you are not engineering, then the cutoff will be lower. And by God grace, if you are not gen category, cut off will be further low. Remember gender factor is also there. Suppose if you not male then.
