Hi, The minimum percentage is at least 50% marks(for General category) and 45% (for SC, ST and PWD category) or equivalent CGPA from any recognised.

Every year, the marks obtained differs and since the marking system is CAT is relative and not absolute, one cannot predict what markets will 96% fetch as it depends on how your peers perform. But, if you want an average prediction of score then it can be roughly around 130 marks.

Yes, you can give CAT 2019. Although, chances of cracking it are less, you will get an idea of the outlay of the exam, and it will help you if you want to give CAT 2020.
