71% is a good score for CAT and your academics also seem pretty good. You can definitely check an authentic college's ranking website and checkout where you can apply depending on your location and specialisation that you are thinking of. Also, do check the reviews of current and passed students. If you are interested in Sri Balaji Society's BIMM then it is one of the top tier schools in Pune with maximum ROI and good placement. 47 percentile in CAT is pretty low to apply for any good college. If you just want to experience GD/PI then you can go with Alliance University, Jaipuria Group, BITS Mesra, etc. I would advise you to take CMAT, MAT and other exams.
