yes , you can give other entrance exams like Cmat mat etc, but you have to give an entrance exam, without acceptable marks and entrance exam admission is not provided.

Hi Sudip,You won't get CAT exam question papers, but you can get memory based papers, which will provide some of the questions. But, if you want to practice, then purchase mock tests of CAT and start appearing in them. Those will be very helpful.
