It clearly depends on when you want to appear in the exam. Also, it depends on your grasping power. You can either join now to give November 2019 attempt or next year for November 2020 attempt. I would highly suggest you to give November 2019 attempt. Else, you can start immediately after your graduation.

Try to get in one of the IIM so that you could have a wonderful future. Basically CAT exam is one of the hardest try to prepare thouroghly. Based on your score if you have got better score you can apply for the best colleges in India.
