Book materials:
DI, LR, VRC and QA by Arun Sharma.
These are separate books. For mock test, online coaching, etc. Career Launcher, Byju's etc, are there. They also provide good materials, if you enroll in their courses that include them.

1. Go through some of the editorials like Economic times, the Hindu, etc.
2. Learn the list of most frequently used words.
3. Solve previous year questions.
4. Make a habit of reading every day to grasp a strong hold on how sentences are formed.
5. Increase your reading speed as well as efficiency.

You know rather than thinking about the difficulty of the exams, I would suggest you to gather information on the institutes which accepts this particular score, as far as my knowledge some of the institutes don't accept IIFT nor IIMs. So, don't worry about the difficulty level and aim on cracking the exams with good results. I guess it would be a good decision if you take up CAT. But, with that said it's always your decision at the end. All the best.
