The candidate applying for CAT 2018 must fulfil one of the following CAT eligibility criteria 2018-
A. Completed Bachelor's degree with the required percentage of marks, or
B. Completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with required percentage, or
C. Should be in the final year of Bachelor's degree with required percentage.

You can perform well in CAT exams for getting call from IIMS. Your percentage also matter, but not that much. What matter is your CAT percentile and your performance in GD PI Process.

B. Completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with required percentage, or

For distance MBA you need to check whether the college is recognised by UGC/AIU norms or not. According to this and your score you can pursue the course from Symbiosis Centre of Distance learning, University of Madras or Annamalai University.

It depends on your category. If you belong to General category /OBC, you won't get call from SJMSOM.

You need to score 95+ percentile in your cat exam IIM A, as your rest of academic are fine and fitting the eligibility criteria for IIM.
