No, it is not possible, because you must have 50% marks in graduation for OBC category (45% for SC, ST and PWD students). Thanks.

It clearly depends on when you want to appear in the exam. Also, it depends on your grasping power. You can either join now to give November 2019 attempt or next year for November 2020 attempt. I would highly suggest you to give November 2019 attempt. Else, you can start immediately after your graduation.

Yes, it is compulsory as every field have its own entrance exam so as to quality students on the basis of this. You have to score high so as to take admission in any IIM.
