As most of the colleges accept CAT, you can directly apply with your CAT score. While there are few colleges have their own entrance exam you have to look out for those colleges. Usually, most of the colleges accept CAT score, don't worry.

Eligibility criteria: Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by a recognised university or educational institute as incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as a university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

If you have the will, dedication and devotion then nothing is impossible. CAT exam basically depend on solving logical questions, convenient in English with a sturdy presence of mind. You can easily crack CAT and if you don't have good aptitude and English, do practice more. You will definitely crack the exam and get the best colleges for MBA. If you focus more on the other two then you can manage it, but yes, at least try to solve basics problems in maths and concentrate on other subjects.
