It is completely based on your capability. You may start preparing one year or six months before you appear to CAT exam.

Yes, a Bachelor from any recognised university can appear for any management exam in India like CAT, SNAP, etc. Kalinga is a recognised university, so you are definitely eligible. Also, there is no bar on the time, age and gap for management exams. You can give such exams without any trouble.

Eligibility is 50% but deegre percentage and CAT score' avg is considered r admission so just don't think of eligibility
