No admission is not possible in that case. You do need CAT or GMAT score to get into IMI.

The bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree.
So you are definitely eligible for applying. Along with this, you need to score at least 90 percentile to apply. To be the final covert you have to score around 98 in CAT. You will compulsorily need a valid CAT score that clears the cut-off applicable to your category, in order to secure an admission in FMS Delhi.

1. Understand the syllabus
This is a useful tip for almost any exam. Understand the syllabus by going through past years papers and official guidelines. CAT can be segmented into four broad parts-
Quantitative Ability
Data Interpretation
Logical Reasoning
Verbal Ability
The concepts used in this examination are broadly of class 10 level. However, the questions are a little bit tricky to solve and require a good amount of logical thinking. But it can be developed by practice.
