Yes, the course is compulsory residential course. There is no formal cutoff, the overall profile of the candidate is looked i.e 10th, 12th, degree, work-experience if any.

There isn't much difference when it comes to average salary of being fresher or being alumni with work experience. Some companies chose people with work experience hence they get a share of their salaries. There are certain companies who give preference to work experience hence they get a CTC ahead of freshers. But as per the current market standards, there isn't much difference except certain companies.
