NMAT (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies- Management Aptitude Test) is one of the prestigious management exams of the country, Conducted by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) for students who wish to take admission in NMIMS Mumbai, NMIMS Hyderabad, and NMIMS Bengaluru.
while CAT Is for admission into IITs and IIMs for management studies . NMIMD dies not accept CAT percentile.
It differs from the CAT in many ways.
1)Marking system:
Like CAT, each question in NMAT is of 3 marks. But unlike CAT, it does not have any negative marking. But NMAT also normalizes your scores depending you paper's diff

The answer to your question is simple as the new campus need students. They want to expand and establish their new campus asap.

There is no best book for any subject out there. It all depends on how much you are practicing from it.
However, if I paraphrase your question, some of the most recommended books for MBA Preps are listed below, in order of priority for each subject:
Quantitative Ability:
Quantum CAT by Sarvesh Kumar Vwrma:
The book covers the basics really well and has a lot of practice sets of varying difficulty levels. The book is strongly recommended because of its simplicity, detailed solutions and mix of approaches.
