Yes, you can join coaching classes for CAT or MAT exams. You can go for weekend classes so that you can attend your B.Com classes also. This will help you in preparing well for CAT exams in advance without any hassle.

If you want to do MBA from India then CAT is the first priority. CAT is the only option to get Into IIMs.
But if you want to study MBA abroad then you can give GMAT.
GMAT score is accepted globally.

I think you mean IIM Trichy. The answer is no. The cut-off for being shorlisted for call is 96.7 percentile for general category

It depends the IIM you would be choosing. This year IIM-A has increased its fee closed to 21 Lakhs closely followed by IIM B & C. IIM L has increased its fee from 14 to 16 Lakhs while IIM K has fee of around 16 Lakhs.

CAT is the short form of "Common Admission Test" and is conducted by IIMs to select the merited candidates for admission in various management courses of the Indian Institutes of Management in India. There is no particular strategy or timing for the CAT examination. It depends on how good are you at different sections of the examination. Generally, a person who is good at QA and verbal ability will require less time to prepare.
