As far as I know, you can receive a call and admission into FMS through regular procedure.
From your placement point of view, you would have to strengthen your skill sets and project a strong candidature to secure a good job in spite of this lag. It is up to you how you are going to defend it in placement interviews and make other good qualities/ achievements of yours overshadow the 2-year lag.

Prepare again for this year CAT, not only CAT but all the other entrances as well like XAT/SNAP/CMAT/IIFT
and then go for it because this decision will be having a big impact on your career, so try for premier business schools.

When you were in the final year of graduation then you became eligible to sit for the CAT exam. So, choose the right programme for your graduation and prepare yourself
