Not at all, you need not worry about it. During the campus selection, companies give more importance to your interview process, overall performance (academic + Extra-curricular) during your two years' MBA program and your MBA entrance exam(s) and past academic scores (10th, 12th & B Com), rather than seeing which was your graduation degree.

This answer is confined to IRMA admissions. In IRMA admissions process, there is no weightage for academics. The weightage for CAT score is 40% and 10% weightage for IRMA's Issues of Social Concern test. Rest 50% weightage is for GD and Personal Interview. The admission into IRMA depends on all these. Academics doesn't affect the admission procedure.
