Work experience is an added value but it will not be counted as a criteria for entering the course so giving an exam like CAT, MAT and XAT is mandatory.

You have very strong chances of receiving a call since last year's CAT cut-off for PGDM and PGDM-IB was 84% and 76%.

There is no consideration of experience for a call, if you clear the cutoff you will get a call.
Last year cut-off are CAT - 86 percentile, CMAT - 96 percentile and XAT - 78 percentile.
Chances are bleak but worth a shot.

IIM A admits through CAT exam only for Indians. Cut-off score is the minimum requirement to be considered for further scrutiny and does not guarantee a call or admit.
