It depends from one IIM to other. You must have above 96 %ile in CAT to get admission in top IIMs. It also depends upon your category if you are in reserved category.

With the rank you mentioned, you have no chance to get admissions in government colleges based on JEE Mains rank. However, look for some private or state government colleges.

According to me, you should give these exams again. As you score is very low. With this score, you will not be able to get a good college.

To get a seat in IIMs does not only depend on your CAT percentile but also on your your academic record, overall personality, commitment, communication skills, knowledge and positive attitude.

Prepare for GATE exam and get a good score. You can take admission in NITIE, Mumbai for good courses.

Hi,
Couple of EMBA programs can waive it off depending on the candidate's qualifications and work experience. Applicants with more than 10 years' work experience can have a waiver. Check ISB PGPMAX, Duke Fuqua EMBA, Cornell EMBA, NYU EMBA, NUS UCLA Asian EMBA. Many blended and online EMBA programs can also be considered.

MBA Telecom and MBA are sector specific MBA. Why do you want to restrict your chive of employer to these two markets"? Both these sectors have started showing early sign of decline phase. You are advised to do generic MBA and then make a choice of industry to work after understanding all management functions.

GMAT registration is open through out the year.
You can opt your date of exam and centre as per your convenience.
CAT is conducted in December every year.
