B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is generally offered by Central government. IHMs and other institutes affiliated to NCHMCT and is of 3 years duration, while
BHM is mostly offered by private institutes affiliated to state universities and is of 4 years duration. Apart from this, there is no such major difference as both the degrees are equally recognised by industry and for other purposes.
