Hi,
Yes, you can. You need minimum 50% in Graduation to be eligible and you already have 58%, which is enough. Good scores in CAT will help you to get into a good B-school of your choice.

First, complete you class 10th. After that, if you have a keen interest in the technical field, join 2 years ITI course or 3 years Diploma in engineering.

You must prepare for class 10th again. It is very hard to find a course unless you pass class 10th. If you don't want to attend regular classes then you can join NIOS. Refer this link for more:-
