Yes, you can. You need minimum 50% in Graduation to be eligible and you already have 58%, which is enough. Good scores in CAT will help you to get into a good B-school of your choice.

First, complete you class 10th. After that, if you have a keen interest in the technical field, join 2 years ITI course or 3 years Diploma in engineering.

You must prepare for class 10th again. It is very hard to find a course unless you pass class 10th. If you don't want to attend regular classes then you can join NIOS. Refer this link for more:-

Hi Alentine, to pursue studies after 10th abroad you must enroll into high schools where you can complete you can 11th and 12th grades. Take the IELTS or TOEFL before applying, these are tests for English language proficiency.
