common problems you can face while shifting board :-
1) CBSE school teaches comletely in english where as state board schoolv teaches in regional language.
2) syllabus of both the boards are different. if you have study a topic in 9th class in cbse board that same topic can be in 8th or 10th class on state board.
3) if you are in cbse board your English may improve as compared to state board. English is an important language now a days.
4) cbse schools conduct several test like olympiad and many more. so it is beneficial for your future.
now it depends on you. Think properly and take a proper decision.
All the best

You have to start right now with Math, Science and English. You have to put in the effort, proportionate to your ambition. If you want to gain name and fame, increase your amount of study. Surely, you will succeed, subject to your hard work.

A CBSE student, is always someone who looked upto against a state board. So, you must make sure you concentrate on your favourite subjects as you mentioned - Commerce. This means, you will also have to take Accounting, Economics, etc., which will make it a package. I think your teachers will help you assess this too. Also, you must take English as this will help you in case you want to study abroad. So what are the subjects offered? Hope this helps. Thanks!

Best differs from people to people. My view after looking at various curriculum is that CBSE stresses a lot on the terms of our entrance exams in India. Cambridge is good to study depth of subject, it is difficult as it is research based. It gives you good start towards UK higher education.
