Hi Jafar,
The admission to the Diploma Engineering Courses is made through the Joint Entrance Test. Candidates who qualify the JET are eligible to apply for admission to various courses being run in the affiliated institutions of the Board. The admission to these institutions will be based on the relative merit of the candidates in the JET in their respective category. All candidates desirous of applying for admission are required to submit admission application form with the requisite fee before the last date fixed for submission of the same.

15% seats are reserved for SC candidates in every Polytechnic to encourage SC students to do higher education. After Diploma same reservation is available in job with Central and state Governments and PSU. You will able to go abroad after gaining few years of experience as Diploma holder

in case of Science understand the concepts properly dont just mug up.For english read your textbook or even a english newspaper improve your grammar .For maths solve as much sums as possible and also refer last year papers of cbse. Just refer last year paper dont just depend on them.
