Hi Akash,
Unless you are from ST category, you don't have any chances of getting a call (as per last year's eligibility). Even for ST category, the chances are very small.

first you should clear your 12th and then obtain a graduation degree from a college. if you are preparing for IAS, it doesn't matter whether you take Science stream, commerce, arts or any other stream.what matters is that you must have a graduation degree with you.

if Your interest in business world then u opt commerce
and if Your interest in law .historical
etc then u opt arts

computer Science, mechanical are one of the good options having better scope.

The cutoff for class 12th marks is 50%, but there is a continuous scale and you will be almost at the bottom of the list. Hence to make up for that, you will need to score more than 99.7 percentile in CAT.

You can take computers as optional while taking PCB. PCB with computers is possible subject combination.
