The courses for international students are mostly A level programs (equivalent to higher secondary) leading to progression to UG program. Also, you wont get lot many options to apply after 10th. I recommend you clear your 10+2 exams and then apply for UG programs. This way you will save a good amount funds too.

This cannot be guaranteed at this moment whether you will get admission or not as cutoffs and selection procedure vary every year. Scoring a higher percentile will obviously have a big benefit. All the best.

As far as I can see, you have a wonderful work experience of more than 1.5 years. Along with that, you also have a professional qualification like Certified Financial Planner(CFP) which is an international certification program in the field of Financial Planning, wealth management, financial consultancies etc.
These above 2 things are your biggest strength which I believe you can come up with rather than your weakness like acads at the time of placements.
At the time of an interview, you should be smart enough to explain that acads wont help in future but my
