Himanshu, first of all, you should not be worried about your acads all the time.
As far as I can see, you have a wonderful work experience of more than 1.5 years. Along with that, you also have a professional qualification like Certified Financial Planner(CFP) which is an international certification program in the field of Financial Planning, wealth management, financial consultancies etc.
These above 2 things are your biggest strength which I believe you can come up with rather than your weakness like acads at the time of placements.
At the time of an interview, you should be smart enough to explain that acads wont help in future but my

very bright future ahead for you besides civil services. You can opt for research in any good universities like london school of economics. And moreover in industry banking, financial services sector, ICWA and CS are available for economic graduate.

u can get avg b school . u do only mba not pgdm,since aicte norm for pgdm 50% graduation or post graduation is necessary .

Merchant navy can be joined after 10th as seafarer after qualifying pre sea courses or after 12th as an officer through various degree or diploma courses in mainly two specialized fields, Nautical (Deck) and Marine engineering so if you hv no financial burden, complete your 12th with PCM and then go for officer's training directly.
