No, you can't get the admission in this college because the cutoff of this college is very high and with this percentage, you can't get the admission. But in private college, you simply get the admission by giving the entrance but in the entrance, you have to score well.

You simply register your name in the DU or in IP university then you have to give the entrance tent for IP and in DU the admission is based on the merit list.

The candidates must satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks. I hope this will help you.

You must go for civil engineering programme directly
As basic eligibility for civil engineering include:
10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths is mandatory for admission to a course in Civil Engineering. Entrance Exams (IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT etc. ). Are conducted at both the national and state level. Diploma course for the position of junior engineer can be taken up after Class 10.
