Harvard is not a cakewalk, students usually build their profile from middle school onwards to get into Harvard. You can take the SAT or ACT however they will also evaluate your overall profile. A well rounded student with strong extracurricular activities plus excellent academics are preferred.

Yes, you can do BHMS/BAMS from private colleges but You have to qualify NEET. For qualifying NEET as a general category 2019 cut off is 134 out off 720 marks.

UG Level: Candidates should clear Class 12th in any stream with minimum 50% - 60% marks from a recognised board. It may be noted that Humanities & Social Sciences eligibility criteria mentioned above might vary depending on the policy of the university or college in which a candidate is applying for admission.
