Hi,
Yes, every college has its own selection procedure but the best and better way to get admitted to any college is to get admitted through the counselling procedure. In direct admission, you have to pay more.

With 106/200 marks in NATA exam 2019 and 74% in your 12th, you will have options of lots of colleges like RNS School of Architecture, KS School of Architecture, East West School of Architecture, Reva School of Architecture, CMR School of Architecture, etc.

Hi Vikram,
As you have scored 74 percentage in class 12th and 88.6 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting a seat in this college with this score will be difficult. I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling.

I don't think so that you're eligible for DU because approximately minimum 75% marks need to get admission in this university. Don't worry you can apply for UGAT for a better college.
