Yes, you may have to score 110-130 marks in NATA 2019 exams with 64% in 12th to secure admission in Andhra University.

YES, YOU CAN GET ADMISSION with 66% marks in class 12th board. Generally the minimum percentage criteria is 60 percent and you need to pass in all the subjects of your board exam. In placement also, most of the companies require 60 percent only in aggregate , so you are in safe zone. Just apply for this college.

Understand the theory and concepts very well with the help of your seniors and teachers. Next, read the NCERT books and solve the exercises thoroughly. Next, pick up other books to polish your application skills. RD and RS for maths, HC Verma for physics and Modern's ABC for chemistry are recommended by my teachers

As you have 69% in 12th and 80 percentile in JEE. You are eligible to take admission in any colleges in the list of JoSAA. You need to participate in the counselling process. You can choose colleges like IEM, Techno India, Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University, etc.

All the courses are good at their own place. It totally depends on your interest that in which field you want to see yourself in future. You can go for engineering, law, medical, B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Com, BBA, etc. Engineering is preferred by many students, who good in mathematics and technical subjects.
