You can apply to NITs. However, unfortunately you might not get them with this rank. However, apply and wait until the last round. Also, apply for all the colleges of your state wherever you want to go particularly.

You have a good percentage. You can study in a regular college. Many of my friends had a percentage score in the range of 50-70, who are doing well today. You don't have worry.

It should be an aggregate 75% or more than that for General and OBC category candidates. 65% or more than that for SC, ST and PWD category candidates. Basically, it depends on your1 2th board. Basically, 75% is the ideal score, if you want to take admission in NIT.
