BFA course at Govt College of Arts, Chandigarh is of 4 years duration. The eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility : Minimum qualification for admission to all the BFA courses is 1o+2(12rh pass) Examination with a minimum of 40% marks (35% in case of SC/ST candidates) or any other equivalent examination.
Selection procedure : Candidates fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will have to appear for a common Aptitude test for admission to BFA courses as prescribed by the college. The Aptitude test will consist of the followings :

As you have more than 60% in boards, it's an add-on for you. But you need to be under top 2500 students in VITEEE. If that's the case, you will surely get VIT.

Hi Kunal, with 61% marks and this rank you will not get any reputed college neither government nor private. If you have decided to pursue B.Tech, you can take a gap of one year for hard work and join any classes and refer NCERT text book for PCM. Good luck.
