It is difficult to tell the same as cut off varies every year. If cut-off goes upto 190-200 then there is a fair chance of getting a NIT.

You have a great percentage. Choose only those field in which your are interested in, and wants to build your career in it. Prefer those stream which would be easy & interesting for you. If you want u can opt engineering, medical (if bio), else if interested in civil services, or apart from this, hotel management, photography, aviation sector, mass media, interior design, fashion technology and many more.
