First of all, check the eligibility criteria of all the Delhi NCR colleges and prepare a list of colleges in which you meet the criteria. Then select the college in which you want to take admission and apply for that college.

It is difficult to tell the same as cut off varies every year. If cut-off goes upto 190-200 then there is a fair chance of getting a NIT.

Without clearing your compartment exam, you can not get admission in any of engineering colleges across India.
