You can get admission in B.Sc. Physical Science with 76% marks in twelfth Class in any private college but not in government institute. So, you can apply for B.Sc Physical Science in private institute.

It should not be a problem unless you have valid reasons to substantiate your breaks and evidence for the same. Educational institutes, especially those abroad, give value to each person's life paths and hence having gaps in your profile would not be affected if the gaps were unavoidable or if the gaps were valuable in shaping your profile.
