I would like to advise you that please think once again. Placements were obtained by only 50% fresh graduates last year. Situation us not expected to change over next few years. Yes. you can go with an online BCA program and work along with your study, you can get experience also with the job.

For Masters in Canada, you need to have done a 4 year graduation course. If not so, then you will have to first do a Diploma in Canada and then after 1 year you will become eligible for Masters. Besides this, yes, you are eligible to do Masters with this score but you may not get any scholarship.

It's an open university. So, the minimum qualification to think for IGNOU is dependent on your age & education degree. Yes, there is no degree to do class 10/12 from this university but you may do BPP (6 months) which is equivalent as 10+2 for IGNOU only. Afterwards, you can do a normal bachelor degree that will be perfect through which you can apply for any graduate level exam too. You can apply for it because you fulfill the eligibility criteria.
