This depends on your goal. If you get such good percentage, then go for CA, CMA, CS. If only you want to do B.Com, there are N numbers of colleges.

Yes, it is very much possible for you to do so. There are a couple of colleges offering this integrated course including IIM-Indore. Also, as for the entrance exams, it really depends on the college you are applying for. Usually, the exams one needs to give for pursuing an MBA at Iims is CAT. The other exams are GMAT XAT. It really just depends on the college you choose you go to.

Of course you can do. Eligibility :
1. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at both Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary (classes X and XII) levels.
2. Biology, Physics & Chemistry as main subjects at 10+2 level, with a minimum aggregate score of 60% in these three.
