I will recommend Lovely Professional University (LPU) in Phagwara, Punjab which is a pioneer institution in engineering in general as well as CSE ( as you specifically asked). Based on my experience, LPU is the most sought after and buzzing place to study CSE in the entire region. Among the best Colleges for Computer Science in Punjab, India, LPU School of Computer Science and Engineering encourages all-round development through industry adapted curriculum focusing on enhancing both technical skills and soft skills. Hi,
After failing in Maths (and even after 3 years of GAP), it's actually very difficult in get in Astro related degree. However, what you can do is to take admission in any college (may be private) in B.Sc. Physics (If you are in age limit). After B.Sc. Go for M.Sc in Astronomy Specializations.

Except in the UK, France, Italy and Ireland, most other countries offer two-year Masters. In countries such as Canada and NZ Masters are opted only when one wants to proceed onto doing a Ph.D. Canada and NZ hence have PG Diplomas. In Canada sometimes these PG Diplomas come with paid internships under 'Student Placement programme' or SPP. In Singapore and Dubai, you are not allowed to work part-time whilst on a student visa. So, with this information you need to decide yourself doing the math correctly.
