Physics and Chemistry is always a compulsion. Maths, Biology or Biotech are choices for third and 4th subjects where you can have either or more than one. Other than that, you get other subject choices too. In short PCMB covers all.

It is like asking what shall I do with the Cheese I made, while being a chef. Your career is your own dish and your 12 results your ingredients. What you need to do is see where you are good at. You can go in either of subjects, provided you had PCM or PCMB or any other but PCM constant. Striking the bell but needs determination and dedication which is equally important now.

Maths is not compulsory. You just need basic knowledge of 11th-12th mathematics and that is enough for what is required. Good luck.

After you graduate, for any job you need to get professional specific skills or knowledge. These 10th and 12th marks will just hold you few extra minutes in interview answering why you got that and why they should hire you in spite of that. The last question matters the most and your professional skills and abilities later determine your worth for job, not 10 or 12.
