In 12th, mathematics is not compulsory. You can take alternative subject to replace to mathematics. For pursuing HR, you not need maths but you should think analytically.

First of all, you need to complete your Diploma.You will get a lot of job opportunities after the completion. Civil Diploma is highly demanded in Railway, PWD and CPWD. After the completion of Diploma, you can seek opportunities in abroad as well.

Hello,
You have started studies after 4 years of gap. I salute your dedication. You haven't told me whether you're pursuing Diploma in engineering or something else. Please complete your diploma first. You can apply for government jobs as you will be eligible after the completion. Please complete your Diploma with first division and try your luck for Railway, State Government and PSUs. You will definitely succeed. You can also pursue B.Tech after Diploma and complete it in 3 years only.

The percentage for admission is the same for any board. You need to get above 90% to get into SRCC.

You have to get a really good percentage to get admission in top DU colleges approximately 95% but as per tight marking done in Bihar board you can get admission in an average college of DU even after scoring good in boards.
