There is no steadfast rule as such for selection. But, if you have 90% above in class 10th and class 12th, you will get maximum marks for that section, and even if you have decent CAT score, you can convert them. If you have great CAT scores based on category, 80% above in both class 10th and class 12th will suffice.

Chances of converting is high, but you need to perform well in GD, PI and extempore. These will be deciding factors not only in FMS-Delhi, but also in other IIM conversions.
Weightage of composite score:
CAT - 60%
GD - 10%
PI - 15%
Extempore - 5%
Class 10th - 5%
Class 12th - 5%.

If you intent to know about the eligibility requirement for B.Sc Mathematics, then as per the internet research the eligibility criteria for B.Sc Mathematics is as below. The candidate should have passed 10+2 with These Subject Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology and Computer Science. There is no minimum marks obtained in class 12th.
