If your daughter is interested in baking, then why not allow her to grow and excel in baking itself. She can do some course in hotel management or cooking and then develop her career as a chef

Yes, you can do. Since you studied biology in plus two. But Since you have done B.Tech think twice before you seek admission. But if you think nursing / health is your field then go for it.
