No, on basis of less marks, no school can stop any student from giving boards (class 12th th) exams.
If they do so, a complaint can be charged against the school or a direct committee meeting with the principal regarding this topic can be made to clear all doubts.
If, still the answer is not satisfactory, the CBSE website and helpline is available. Use it as a best option above all.

B.Sc in Perfusion Technology Eligibility criteria is:
The candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board under the Science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology or Mathematics) and English with 50% minimum marks. * The minimum cut-off is 45% which varies depending on the institution. You can justify it by saying that scoring good percentage in graduation doesn't mean to have good practical knowledge. Percentage can be increased by studying theoretical books. There are many examples of people who didn't score high percentages/marks in their academics but they have better skills than toppers. Skills plays a vital role for success in industry. Ups and downs are the part of life. My low percentage shows downfall but cracking CAT exam shows up. Hi Joyal,
Canadian universities are very strict and competitive. You must work hard on your academics and have good marks. Recommended percentile in 12th is 75% and above for any good university. Take your IELTS recommended score is 6 in every section. Be good in your studies and extracurricular activities. Now, the admission process takes a year, by this time of next year you must submit your application to enroll in 2020. Please check major university websites for information. Related to admission, deadlines, programs etc. Decide what to study. After going through the websites you will gather idea of the entire process.

BA in Astronomy is a popular course, or you can also pursue BA in Sanskrit, and then pursue MA in Astronomy. For college, I would suggest for a local one, as there are a few good colleges, but it is not worth to leave home to study in such colleges, as there are no placements and in the end only your degree will matter anyway.
