Hello Admit,
There are plenty of good Engineering colleges in Maharashtra. However, you can seek admission in government colleges only if you are domicile of Maharashtra. Private aided colleges have about 15% quota for All India Quota against which you can apply. You need to appear for entrance exam conducted by unaided colleges separately. Best wishes to you.

The eligibility criteria for PGDM in Banking& Finance is a Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks, (final year students may also apply).
As you have not mentioned here the marks obtained at graduation level but if it is more than 60% than hope can be remains for your admission.

After class 12th, there are two ways in which one can study law in India-
1.). After class 12th by opting for 5 years long Integrated Law course.
2.). After Graduation by opting for 3 years long LLB course.
