Apply for admission in the college when it publishes the notification on its official website. Then simply your class 12th PCM average and maths marks is taken in account. Better the score than the eligibility marks, higher the chance of admission.

If you mean Auyrveda or Alternate Medicine then class 12th, itself was necessary. Else, I don't know what else can be said. Still, LLB necessary asks for your class 12th pass certificate photocopy for admission.
